  • Strong electronics/electrical knowledge
  • Draft clear, professional emails for internal and external communication.
  • Coordinate with customers, respond to inquiries, and provide updates.
  • Enhancing client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Client Interaction,handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media etc..

Required Skill:

electrical, technical, or related degree

At least 2-4 yrs experience as an Coordinator .

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
